Hardware Design

We develop customised embedded electronics and power electronics up to 500 kW. The development is completely focused on the goals of our customers: Short time-to-market, long-term available components, use of standards, high reliability and low production costs. We also routinely implement EMC-optimised layouts as well as demanding requirements for explosion protection, functional safety and high availability.

Rapid and Reliable Development

With established EMS partners, we create patterns in a short time. From many years of experience, we master the handling of all commercially available microcontrollers and avoid project risks. In our own laboratories, we carry out EMC tests during the development to ensure the success of product certification.

The figure on the right shows an control electronic unit with embedded power stages for a 5 KW three-phase motor in diameter 100 mm.

Developed Products

Production

During the development phase, samples are manufactured by a network of EMS partner companies under our coordination. Already during development, test equipment is provided for samples and later series production. After completion of the pilot series, responsibility for series production is transferred to the partner company, so that the customer has only one contact person for all matters at any time. The EMS service provider is selected in consultation with our customers.
