After offering development services exclusively from Freiburg for 17 years, the company has now set a new milestone and acquired a complete team of drive specialists in Unna (NRW).
On October 1st, 2018, embeX GmbH took over the development team and building from Moog Unna GmbH as well as the laboratories in which pitch drives for wind turbines have been developed so far. At the customers' requests, the company is thus expanding its expertise in the design of functionally safe drives, their simulation and testing on their own test benches. On the market, the 16-member team acts business unit “Energy & Drives” and brings in particular industry know-how to Wind energy and energy management with ultracaps.
